Indi Fin Serv was born out of frustration. Our founders spent over 15 years inside India's biggest banks — approving loans, rejecting applications, and watching hardworking MSME owners get turned down for reasons that were completely fixable.

We saw how a business with a genuinely strong case would get rejected simply because the application wasn't structured the way a banker needs to see it. We saw how entrepreneurs with real potential lost out to those with better connections inside the bank.

In 2020, we decided to change that. We left our bank careers and founded Indi Fin Serv with one goal: use our insider banking knowledge to help Pune and Mumbai's MSMEs get the credit they deserve — faster, smarter, and without the runaround.

Founded in Pune

Indi Fin Serv launched by a team of ex-bankers from SBI, HDFC and ICICI Bank. First office in Pune with a single mission: democratise credit access for MSMEs.

2021

Within the first full year, we helped over 500 MSME owners across Pune and Mumbai access structured credit — including our first batch of CGTMSE collateral-free loans.

2022

Expanded Service Portfolio

Added NPA structuring, balance transfer optimisation, and import-export trade finance to our service range. Expanded team to include specialists from Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank.

2023

₹200 Crore+ Milestone

Crossed ₹200 Crore in total loans facilitated. Formal partnerships with 15+ banks and NBFCs across Pune, Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Launched real estate advisory division.
